Daniel Goleman, PhD is an internationally known psychologist who lectures frequently to professional groups, business audiences, and on college campuses. His New York Times bestseller, Emotional Intelligence was named one of the 25 “Most Influential Business Management Books” by TIME magazine. The Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and Accenture Institute for Strategic Change have listed Goleman among the most influential business thinkers.
Joe Loizzo, MD, PhD is a psychiatrist, clinical researcher, and meditation scholar-teacher who integrates neuroscience with contemplative practice to help people cultivate personal well-being, interpersonal compassion, and transformational leadership. Assistant Professor at Weill-Cornell Medical College and founder of the educational non-profit Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science, he has published dozens of chapters and articles on the benefits and mechanisms of meditation in peer-reviewed publications.
Darrell Ford, JD, MBA serves as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for UPS. Prior to joining UPS, Darrell was the CHRO at DuPont. In addition to leading DuPont’s H.R. functions and activities, Darrell was integral in helping shape the company’s culture, with a focus on talent to increase customer and shareholder value. He achieved similar results in previous roles with Xerox, Advanced Micro Devices, Shell, and Honeywell in his 30-year career.
Lindsey Cameron, PhD is an assistant professor of management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on how changes in the modern workplace (e.g., algorithms/machine learning, short-term employment contracts, variable pay) affect work and workers, having recently completed a five-year ethnography of the largest employer in the gig economy, the ride-hailing industry.

Katherine Klein, PhD is an organizational psychologist and the Edward H. Bowman Professor of Management at Wharton. Her research on diversity, leadership, team effectiveness, and innovation has appeared in numerous top journals including Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, the Academy of Management Journal, and the Academy of Management Review. Her current research is focused on organizational change and effectiveness following a leadership change at the top.
