About this event

A panel of experts and leaders in mind sciences, business, and management theory will address the uncertainty and anxiety facing employers and employees alike, as we all move forward with the unfolding New Normal.

At the intersection of neuroscience, human psychology, social sciences, and the emerging trends that are challenging businesses today, this panel will help unpack the issues and implications of the various work-from-home options and their long-term impact on employee and organizational wellbeing.

Among other things, we will discuss the following:

• How to meet the need for engagement, community, and spontaneous creativity in work-from-home and hybrid work environments.

• How to address the mental and emotional needs of employees in the new normal.

• How to ensure fair and just implementation of work-from-home and hybrid work environments.

• How to ensure that Diversity/Equity/Inclusion efforts will not be negatively impacted by this shift to work-from-home.

Can’t make this time? No problem, we’ll send out a recording to all registered participants.
